Since then, she was trained in Barre, TRX, and Yoga and has ventured into Master Training. When not teaching, Becca loves to travel around the world, already having visited New Zealand, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Costa Rica.

The Reformer and TRX are two of her favorite ways to challenge herself and others in classes. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Widener University in Psychology. Kaitlyn worked at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital as well as an outpatient physical therapy clinic for 4 years gaining knowledge on a wide multitude of injuries ranging from a knee or hip injury to a severe spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injuries. • Ashley Walton

    Instructor

Ashley has been in the fitness industry for six years. After a decade in the medical field, Pilates has become her way of life. She graduated from Saint Joseph's University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. She then worked as a medical technologist in Blood Banking at both the American Red Cross and for the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Then she decided to help prevent disease and injuries instead of merely treating them. In 2013, Ashley completed her first Personal Training Certification. In 2014, Ashley received her Associate in Exercise Science, as well as several more Personal Training Certifications. During her early years as a personal trainer, Ashley was intrigued by the power Pilates has on the Spinal Column. After giving birth to her son in 2010, she had experienced more issues with her own scoliosis. Her height went from 5'2 and 1/2 to 5'1 and 3/4. With years of personal practice, Pilates brought back the missing 3/4 of an inch! She has also seen great decreases in her chronic asthma attacks. Pilates has helped Ashley's clients and students work through sports injuries and arthritis. New mothers have enjoyed watching their abs get back to normal. Ashley has now been teaching Pilates and Group Exercise for several years. She completed the Peak Pilates Comprehensive program to get a Classical understanding of Pilates. Ashley's classes combine her contemporary background as a personal trainer and her Classical training through Peak Pilates. She loves teaching basic Mat and Reformer movements with the contemporary addition of the Bosu and TRX apparatus. Ashley is so thankful to help members and clients grow taller, breathe easier and live better every day.

  • Rebecca DePasquale

    Instructor

Exercise has been a life-long passion of mine. It was a natural progression for me to become a group certified fitness instructor 3 months after graduating from college. Loving the group fitness aspect took me one step further to pursuing an ACE Personal Training certification. For the last year and a half, I have been studying Pilates and have earned certifications in Mat Pilates and Reformer. My philosophy as a fitness business owner, personal trainer and Pilates instructor is that good health, exercise and wellness can be achieved at any age. For most, moderation is the key to success and I make it my job to introduce, encourage and lead by example with a healthy lifestyle.

  • Rebecca McCann
